As a native Floridian I have always loved nature and being outdoors. As a kid I was nicknamed Eagle Eyes for my ability to spot animals wherever we went. My love for the outdoors led into nature photography which began Christmas 2001 with my first digital camera, a 2 megapixel Olympus C2040Z. I enjoyed being able to share what I had seen throughout my travels to various parks. In Dec 2003 I bought the Canon 10D (which has since been upgraded to the 40D in 2007) to continue my growth with photography. My passion for photography has continued to grow ever since. I am continually looking for new areas to explore and new animals to photograph. I have learned a lot about photography and continue to learn more with my frequent photo trips (see web page). Digital photography has allowed me to to learn so much faster than would have been possible with film due to the instant feedback. See you out in the parks. |
