| Description: Cape Coral is home to a big population of burrowing owls which are spread all over this island community. |
| Personal Notes: I've wanted to photograph the burrowing owls on Cape Coral ever since I saw my first picture of them. Finally I made the trek and spent the day searching for burrows to photograph at near dusk. I plan on returning soon. |
