| Location: Honeymoon Island State Park Area is located at the extreme west end of S.R.586, north of Dunedin, FL. |
| Description: Honeymoon has some nice beaches although the shoreline is rocky in some places. Also has a nice nature trail that gives you a good opportunity for seeing osprey, gopher tortoise, a variety of shorebirds and if you are lucky the resident great horned owl family. |
| Personal Notes: In terms of photography the highlights are the sunsets (although the rangers try to shoo you out so they can close the park) and the nature trail. |
