| Location: Take the first exit off alligator alley after leaving Naples. The park is just north of the exit. |
| Description: Only a small area of this refuge has been opened to the public. It consists of a short 1-1 1/2 mile loop through palmetto and some oak forest. Good place to see wildflowers.. |
| Personal Notes: An occasional stop on my travels to south Florida. Just having the opportunity to see a Florida Panther has brought me by this area on multiple trips. No luck yet but I'm sure not going to see a panther sitting home on my butt. |
